My sims 4 build mode is not working, I can't place anything on my plot :C

My sims 4 build mode is not working for some reason, i cant place anything on my plot, everything else is fine but i just cant place my custom content or the sims 4 furniture on to my plot,

Like i can't drag anything to my plot, it wont pick up, I also deleted every mod that i had from the day it stop working which was 7/2/2021
i even deleted all the mods from 7/1/2021, What could be the reason for this?!

    @Exodus1717  Please test with no mods at all: move your entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  If build mode works again, you can add back your mods and custom content in batches, testing each time.  Any batch that reintroduces the issue needs to be split and retested until you find the problem file(s).
