My Sims 4 crashes and exits the game when i play my family!

When I went on the Sims 4 a few days ago I pressed play ( obviously... ) and clicked on my household. However, when I pressed play on that family it started loading, froze and exited the game! I looked up solutions and came across one about putting the Sims 4 folder on the desktop. When I realised it wouldn't work I pressed delete on the folder... So I lost all of my progress... I started again and it was all fine, My game crashed and it hadn't saved so I had to start again, again. I made my house for the third time and now its doing the crashing thing again. HELP!! ( I'm wondering whether it has to do with the fact that I don't have a massive memory or space on my laptop but I am having the storage issue looked at tomorrow ) Thx 🙂

    That's what I needed.

    I'm afraid your computer doesn't really meet the requirements.You only have 2 GB of RAM and your Processor is below specs.

    Don't think you can play the game on this.

    Each patch and each pack adds more content.

    Do you have any packs ? If so, consider uninstalling those to see if it gets better

    I don't have any packs no but I looked up how much RAM you need and it says 2gb like I have. What is a processor?? Thankyou for helping though. One question: would it work if I put it on a flash stick or do I need it on the laptop. Thanks again. 🙂

    That's your processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3700 @ 1.60GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.6GHz which is more of a netbook processor and not made for gaming.

    It would probably work on a flash drive but that would make performance even worse and since it's not running as it, it won't make it any better
