My Sims 4 Gallery isn’t working

I managed to get through to the live chat help thing and was able to tell the person what was happening but I got disconnected before I received any help. When I tried to connect again, it wouldn’t let me.

My gallery isn’t working on Sims 4. When I try to upload any houses I’ve made to my own gallery to use later, it doesn’t let me do it. It says there’s an error. When I try to connect to the online gallery to get houses for challenges, it just says ‘no results’.
The person I did speak to asked if I had Legacy on which I don’t.

    The error message just says “there’s an error. Please try again later” or something like that. 

    it’s still happening now. Have been happening for quite some time!

    Hi I have the same problem! It's not a child account, and I used to have the gallery. I do not have it after the sims 4 legacy edition and adding some mods! please help!

    @idontcare898 The legacy edition doesn't support the gallery.

    Are you sure you need legacy ? Are you on PC or Mac ?
