My Sims 4 game is blurry.

I installed the game and my computer is up to specs.  The person that I am currently playing in the fore ground is clear, but the game itself is blurry.  How can I fix this?

    I would like to thank everyone for trying to help me with this problem.  I fixed it by lowering the graphics to low for each drop down box under the graphics option.  It looks great now.   Thanks again!!! 😕mileyhappy::heart::womanlol:

    Rename TS4.par to The.Sims.4.Launcher.par - it worked  for me.

    Thank goodness deselecting Post Processing fixed this for me. I already can't see and frequently need to use screen magnafying on top of things. A blurry game would have just done me in. 😕mileyhappy: So, happy I found this. Thank you. Thank you.

    I had the same problem, I went under game options and I changed my refresh rate from 60 to default. It was set to 60 originally.. Everything is super clear now!
