Game Crash

Unable to load saved games, or open a new save after the November 4 update. I have tried repairing the game via the EA app, have deleted cache files, and have even uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working and my game is unplayable. 
When trying to load a backup save, I’m given error code 22. 
When trying to open a new save, the game crashes. 
No mods or CC ever.
