My sims 4 game won’t save

I was going to save and exit the game when I noticed it said I couldn’t save it for some reason. It keeps saying ‘cannot do this while taking photos’ which I don’t understand. I also can’t go into bui...

I did this and it just started a video so it’s still the same problem

And if you stop it?
If this doesn't work you will have to exit without saving.
