hi i need help!when i load into my sims 4 game the screen pops up glitching even when i enter the the game fully and i have no cc or mods added to my game i need help please! i have reset my computer and game over and over again put nothing
BaileeMicaela Please post a screenshot of the error, or a photo if the screenshot doesn't adequately capture the problem.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
