My sims 4 screen is pixelated

I just got my new BEELINK mini pc to play the sims on, except when I go to play it on my monitor, the game looks really pixelated and I don't know how to fix it. Could someone tell me if there is a way to fix this or if I need to get a new monitor which I have done and it looks the same.
