There was no saves, and I can't find the old sims 4 folder anymore. Also, all of my mods vanished from the sims 4 folder.
@1324_shadow_1324 To find your old Sims 4 folder, open a File Explorer window and search for "config" without quotes. Each game folder that's been used at least once will have exactly one config.log, so you should see one for the new folder you've been using, plus another one for the old folder. You can see the file path for config.log by clicking on it and selecting "go to location" (or something like that). Then you can move the folder somewhere else so it's easier to find next time.
The fact that your mods disappeared is strange though. Do you have OneDrive set to automatically sync any of your data with cloud storage? It's possible your Sims 4 folder, or both the old and new ones, were moved to OneDrive's cloud storage rather than your local hard drive. Sims 4 often can't find its folder there, and if if can't, it will create a new one in Documents\Electronic Arts.
Here's how to disable auto sync:
Finally, please open a File Explorer window, click on This PC, and let me know how much free storage you have on your hard drive(s).
