My sims 4 won't open

So my sims game won’t open. I’ve spent all day updateing it repairing it and deleting cc but nothings happened I’ve restarted my pc loads and am starting to lose hope I’m willing to do anything (give up my families) I just want to play again. Any suggestions? Thx.

    Hi @EllaAliza 

    how far do you get ? At what point does it stop loading ? Do you get any error messages ?

    Is it just the game not opening or also Origin ?
