My sims CAN'T/ WON'T Woohoo/Try For Baby AND Won't Marry

So when I click on try for a baby/woohoo with a married young adult couple and they do the animation of the high five (and things before they do it) then they stop and bug out and it won't let me get...

This issue is usually mods related (there's just a bug with getting married, not with woohoo)

Are you using any mods in your game ? If so, please remove them and try again
