my sims from gallery are losing clothes and hair

all of a sudden the sims i pick from the gallery no matter which one (community) are losing their clothes and hair while in play mode. it was fine before. Is there a limit on how many households i can download from the gallery? How can I fix this issue?

    Are you sure they don't have custom content that you don't have in your game ?
