My Sims keep freezing and not finishing actions
all of the sims in my house hold will stop moving an not complete an action all at the same time. Time continues to pass normally. Shift clicking and clicking Debug doesn't work.

LalaXIII Does this happen in a different, previously-unplayed household in the same save? What about in a new save? Please test both and let me know.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
