My Sims keeps crashing.

Hello! So I recently redownloaded Sims on my laptop, and it was running fine for a few days, but now it keeps crashing. I've tried everything I know to do. The game will run fine when in CAS mode, but once I go to play or build, the game will crash within minutes without fail. I've taken out all mods and CC, and that wasn't the issue. I also thought maybe it was just the save I was working on that was corrupted, but no, all saves have had the same issue. If I interact with the game at all, it will crash. I've even timed it, and it's always within 5-15 minutes of gameplay. I'm really heartbroken because I want to play so bad!

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac)
    - Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

    Please upload them to a third party site and link as instructed. You cannot upload these type of files here.

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
