I received it. I'll check it out tomorrow and see what I can duplicate.
Thank you so much for this. I'm sorry if this issue is taking a while to fix. I appreciate the help. 🙂

could you please check your PMs. Sent you a PM. There seems something wrong with the files you've uplaoded

I've checked your saves and for me none of them wouldn't even load without mods (got the symptoms you're describing). It's like the Sims were deleted from the saves.
I've tried the recovery function and two of the three at least had a backup that worked. The last one that had the parent with the toddler didn't work at all.
It's strange that it worked for you without cc. Can you verify that this is still the case ?

Deleted from the saves? That's odd. But anyways, when I load up a new game and created sims without mods it would work. But um. Now when I create a new sim in a old save file EVERY HOUSEHOLD is the same sim and it won't still play. Then after a while it turns white and says not responding and goes back to the game. It didn't do that before.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
After the renaming, I would repair the game through Origin
Then start a new game on the renamed folder and see if you have that issue still.
If not, try putting back your saves and use the recover function to recover one of the backup ones and see how it goes with that
