My Sims won't do anything

I did as you asked and the game works fine without the mods/cc enabled.

@crinrict It worked with the cc/mods disabled so I deleted a bunch of conflicting files from my Mods folder using the Mod Conflict Detector and even removed the files it couldn't get a read on just to be safe (since I still got the glitch when I didn't clear them). It worked and my game could activate the reserve actions, but eventually the game now won't let my second Sim activate the menus when clicking on another Sim and I can't get the menu to appear when I click on an active Sims themselves.

@crinrict I didn't add any new material back. I tried two other households and neither let me access the menus by clicking on the active Sim. One household went back to my original glitch problem (reserve actions wouldn't activate) after playing with them for a while.

@crinrict I deleted the file you mentioned and started a new game where I still can't access the menu when I click on my active Sim.

@crinrict I ended up deleting all the stuff in my Mods folder, deleting my saves, starting a new game and things worked fine. I guess I'll just have to start things over.
