My surgery station in the doctor career is missing! how can i get it back?

 the hospital surgery station is missing in my game, i have not deleted the file and did try the repair game option under its settings but the object is still non existent. how do i fix this issue, i...

    @Savannahbouffard
    This object is in debug mode. To find it use the code bb.showhiddenobjects - then enter debug in the search field

    However, if this is not a hospital created by game but downloaded from the Gallery it can be corrupted

it is missing from build mode and if i try the dropper it says item can not be cloned. the original machine can not be interacted with either
