Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Get to Work. Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list. If you play through Steam, close Steam completely as well.
Open [install location]\The Sims 4, in one of these locations by default:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
And delete the EP01 folder. Then open the Delta folder and delete the EP01 folder inside. Repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair, OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files), then reinstall Get to Work.
