Need help with a refund.
Hi I need a refund for a double charge for the Enchanted by nature pack. I bought it on Friday July 11th and when I first bought it it seemed like the charge didn't go through. I bought it again two minutes later because the charge was displaying like it was pending with my bank for those two minutes witch seemed odd so I tried again, but both of those charges went through. I can't seem to find a solution for this on the EA website, it says 'You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now.' when I try to request a refund. I did already start my game that weekend, but I have been having lots of trouble starting the game now from Sunday witch is a topic for another discussion.

You should be able to open a case at help.ea.com with these steps:
- Search for "The Sims 4" and select the tile.
- Select "See all help topics".
- Choose "I want a refund" and the chat option should appear beneath the article that appears.
The agent may also be able to help you with the problem you're facing with starting the game.
