Need help with game crashing

My game has been crashing ever since I downloaded new expansion packs 

I removed all my mods from my game and that didn’t fix anything, i saw people saying to remove the tray folder and the saves folder and when I tried removing those the game wouldn’t even start up 

I’ve tried deleting cache multiple times, updated EA app, verified integrity of sims files on steam, and went into my laptop settings and did an optional drive update which helped a bit but my game still crashes if I try to place a lot in build mode.

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    yeah, the report itself crashed.

    Can you try again  ?

    I'm moving this to the tech forum for further help though

    My sims seems to be working okay for now but I’ll let you know if I have any other problems thanks
