need to reinstall Sims 4 but cant find on EA anymore
Hi
I was having a problem with one drive and memory so I decided to move the documents file to my PC only. THen the game would get stuck while loading and freeze. After 3 times, I decided to uninstall the Sims 4 and all my addon and reinstall directly to my pc and bypass one drive. However, I cant find the SIms 4 and my addon to reinstall.
I obviously didnt know what I was doing. Please advise how to find my game and stuff. Left to my own devices, I have made amess of things.

@Blessing2518 When you say you can't find Sims 4, do you mean in the EA App? It should be in My Library. Be sure to scroll down if you have a number of games; Sims 4 will be near the end of the list (in English at least) when it's not already installed.
If you don't see Sims 4 in your library, please make sure you're signed into the correct EA account. A large number of people have mistakenly switched accounts in the last couple of years, usually without having any idea, so it's an easy mistake to make and would explain why the game isn't listed. If your game library isn't loading at all, for example if you see an error or a bunch of blank boxes, that's a separate issue.
