New computer meant new game, but now it's gone.

Ok, so on my old laptop I had 3 games (households) playing and when I got my new computer those games didn't download to it, just the stuff I had saved to my online file (gallery where others users can see it). I started new households and was able to save some of it to my online save file, but today a bunch of back-up stuff was downloaded (no idea why it did that today) and now my old stuff is back but new stuff is all gone. I've been signed in to the same account on EA Games and both my computers are running windows. Is there a way to get the recent game play merged to my old recovered game play?

Also, when I went to save houses I built to my library (new stuff) it wouldn't save, it would time out. So I wasn't able to save it to my library or the gallery.

Feel free to ask further questions, but I'd like to know what you find first.

The Gallery has been spotty lately, but I'm not sure whether what you're seeing is related to a game issue ore another consequence of OneDrive interference.  If you don't have any use for it, I'd suggest getting rid of OneDrive entirely; you can still download files its saved, but it wouldn't touch your current data.  Various options are covered here:
