Mine does this too. However it just seems to happen on a time basis for me. I maybe get 5-10mins of gameplay before it dies. Removing royalty and legacy fixes the problem but unhelpful since I'd like to play it
try running the game in widow mode and turn on derecx9 i did that seams to work fine it does help a bit in full screen but it crashes next to none or very rear in window
