new game white loading screen

I haven't played the sims in a week, i downloaded some new mods and loaded up the game. When I selected new game it took me to a white loading screen. I tried to find solutions, i made a fresh game file, that didn't work. I've deleted all of my mods as well hoping that'd work, but still nothing. Hoping to find a solution

If that doesn't make a difference, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
