New Update July 23rd 2024, Game Won't Launch

UPDATE: Since my previous post above I have uninstalled and reinstalled, no mods or cc added and yet I still get the same response as above in the screenshot. No clue what to do next! The game launched just fine yesterday with no problem before yesterday's update. -- It's not a Mods or CC issue!
