Newcrest is empty

Question

When i enter Newcrest i can see its completly empty. There are just empty lots on places where need to be gym or park or residental area. It happens every time when i want to select it. I just started playing and i didnt touch any of buldouze lots to make them empty. Help. Here are pics of emtpy park and residental lots +no CC used

Have you placed anything on it and it disappeared ?

Newcrest is empty by default.

You'll need to place stuff yourself but if you already did that, then it's a different matter
