Who Else here thinks EA Customer service is Completely Useless?

Let's be real whose been able to successfully call or live chat tech support in years.. ? I have over $2,000+ worth of Sims 4 as I own every expansion and stuff pack.. YET it will not download because it installed a corrupt file in the process.. 

Which I am dead certain of, because it is the only thing even on that external hard drive besides legal documents, and no game has ever been on it yet it's a brand-new drive... And not only will the game not finish downloading because it is installing a corrupt file from one of the expansions (NO I DO NOT USE MODS DO NOT SUGGEST THAT IS THE PROBLEM NEWEXTERNAL DRIVE FRESH DOWNLOAD ALL EA LICENCED / PUBLISHED.)Pluss "Norton Utilities Ultimate said the one they ust installed was the only corrupt file on the entire drive. But I cant even get ANY FORM of customer support.. they say there's a help thing but its more of a "If we didn't anticipate your need or another player didn't both fix the problem and post about it your screwed" page.. WTF?? I Pay over $2,000 in purchases of EA Licensed games and don't deserve so much as a basic freaking link to file a complaint or God forbid talk to a human being..

Don' get me wrong I like EA but when I cant even play a game they got $2000+ for over the years, because I can't download it and cant get help.. That's not cool and I've about had it..
