@rhimcclure Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. This should take care of the missing textures, at least. If the repair doesn't help with those, please clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
If the textures are normal again but the game is still running slowly, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
