Jeminemz Try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account. You'll be able to try to launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything.
If that doesn't help, do you know anyone else with an EA account that you can borrow? I'm wondering if the problem is your account, not your computer. Since Sims 4 is free, they wouldn't need to spend money, and the base game alone is enough of a test. I would however uninstall your current copy of Sims 4 and reinstall using the other account.
This issue i thought was the laptop.. So i used the desktop and the same rhing happens only sims 4 does not launch. This makes me believe its nothing to do with the computers.
All i know is after the game update havent been able to play😔.
Yes its free so whats the deal.
If its my account cant EA just loom around.. I did send an error report but they dont respond.
Thanks for your help
Really appreciate it😁
