mudita08sri Try uninstalling Sims 4 and the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), as described here:
When uninstalling the EA App, use the Intensive scanning method if asked. And be sure to create a new folder into which you'll install Sims 4.
Please also delete the folders listed in this post (223), if they still exist:

To open the AppData folder, click Windows key-R and enter %AppData% in the run box.

Hey! So I just tried the above mentioned steps but it still shows the same thing - game license invalid. Don't know what if it will ever be rectified.

These did not work for me also.
Also ea tech suggested removing licence folder from program data.. In hopes it will reset also did not work

Yeah I tried to do that too didn't work. Will wait for next update. Maybe it will start working.
