No co-workers at the hospital sims 4

What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime when my sim goes to the hospital for birth or for work there aren't any co-workers
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that at the hospital there will be some co-workers. At least the receptionist!!!

My sim works at the hospital and there aren't any co-workers. My sim has to do all the job all alone and it's very annoying. When she gave birth there weren't any co-workers too....and i don't know how to fix it. But this happen not only with my sim, it happens with every sim!!!
