No death animations for dying sims

So I have recently jumped back into Sims 4 and to be short and to the point, I can't complete my Public  Enemy aspiration because my sim can't see other sims die. The other sims get into the position...

Hi @Isolovegames

do you still have this issue in your game with any death or was it an isolated case ?
