No download possible expansion pack

I buyed the expansion pack go to work. I payed and I get a order receipt. When I go to Sims 4 and I am explorere world then he said that the new world first have to be download. I usually do that in ...

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here, let me know if you're able to access Get to Work then please.
