No more access to extension packs
I just made an update (I had not played since February 25, 2025) and I no longer have access to the maps of the extension packs that I have (they are all already installed and I had no problem before).

noemiesarrey Are you saying you can't load the worlds that came with the expansion packs, or you don't see any content from the expansions at all? If you're not sure, open CAS or Build/Buy and try to filter by pack. For any pack that isn't loading, the game will say you don't own it, even if you do.
If your packs aren't loading at all, please open the EA App , click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and let me know whether your packs are listed as owned and installed.
If your packs ARE loading but the worlds are not, please load a new save and see whether the worlds are available there.
