No new gigs show up after promotion/ median gig pay not increasing

Captain sigma has never appeared for me.

It might just be me interpreting things the wrong way.

but several guide sites list that at level 10 of the Career the median gig pay should be ~9000

both

say that the median gig pay/pay should be 9,000 at level 10, which is probably what's throwing me off. Because, for me, my maximum pay at leve 10 is 6,000
