    @crinrict I finally figured it out! The CC eyes were disabled for random and that somehow triggered this glitch. Thanks for all your help!

@crinrict Yeah I tried multiple different eye colour replacements and made sure they were up to date but none of them worked in any of my saves, unfortunately, which is why I figured it was an issue with the actual game and not the CC? I'm not sure aha

@MillieMopster Do the eye colors that come with the game work ? Like if you have no cc added, does it work ?

    @crinrict Not always, but most of the time yes I can see the option to change the sims' eye colours.
