No pre-order items

And yes, everything else is showing up. It's just the pre-order bonus that's not there.

Where did you purchase your pack from? 

Well I didn't buy it myself but I got an EA app code as a gift. Don't those count for pre-orders anymore? I saw someone on the forums that got a physical code that didn't give them the pre-order items.

If so, that should be made more clear because my aunt specifically gifted me this expansion to also get the pre-order items instead of one the other 2 expansions I'm still missing.

xShadowfoxie​ Do you know what retailer this code was purchased from? Most of the time, there is a secondary code that you need to redeem for the extra content when purchasing from a third-party retailer. 

She asked them after I told her of this, but they said they didn't get pre-order codes and that I should try EA themselves. According to them the pre-order bonus should just be there since I bought it before August 21st.

Could you add them to my account? Since the pre-order deadline isn't over yet and I have no way of getting them now that my account has the pack. And it's a bit weird that you wouldn't get them if it is gifted to you. If the gifting option wouldn't have been removed from the EA app, my aunt would've send them on the EA app directly like she has in the past when the option still existed.
