"No Results Found" on the Gallery

So I'm super excited to take advantage of the Gallery on the Sims 4, but no matter what I search for no results are found. I have triple checked that I have selected the broadest of categories like "All" instead of "Maxis," but I still get no results. Even when I am 100% sure of an Origin ID, when I search for it, it dorsn't come up with anything. Hashtags are the same way. I just ended a Help Chat and was informed this seems to be a bug/glitch and the easiest way to contact developers would be here.

    Gallery is currently down again.

    You'll need to wait until it's back up.

    What helped me find content I know someone created was making sure the custom content option was selected as well! Hope that helps (:

    Awesome and sims seems to be having these issues recently had to delete options file and the resource one for sound awhile back 🤷🏼‍♀️

    That was the fix for me also, couldn't find my creations, forgot I use mods, make sure to click "Include custom content aswell as "View content by all"
