One of the screenshots you sent shows the right location to install the mod, it's the Mods folder, as explained in this guide.
If you're looking for a different folder on your PC, why is that exactly? It might also be a hidden folder, please follow this guide to show hidden files on your PC.
Let us know if you manage to install the mod correctly.
Lighting mods are installed differently. They are usually installed into the DATA folder of your game to affect the world lighting. I'm missing the DATA/DELTA folders to install them in, which is usually in program files
