No update notice

There was supposed to be a patch released on 09.08.2024. My game displays no update prompt.  Only repair which fixes non of the glitches I've encountered. 

I have all of the expansion mentioned in the laundry list and am playing on a PC. Why am I not receiving the update notice?

    There was no patch planned for 9/8. There's one planned for today, and patches usually drop at 10am Pacific Time.

    The notice is usually on the EA App, not in game, at least in my experience.
