Norton stopping game from launching: Data protection
Norton is stopping launch of The Sims 4 after I updated the game today ( 28.05.2024). I checked Norton setings and the file is "Allowed". Please help.

Hello,
After new update which was released I think tuesday with daily log in rewards, I cannot open my game. I just hit play on ea app and it will not start, it will be in the background. The cause of this is norton, it blocks the launch. Adding sims 4 to exceptions list does not help.
