Not Receiving Plumbob Lamp Rewards
Issue
I bought several Sims 3 expansions in the Origin store. Three of the expansions did not unlock the corresponding plumbob lamps in my Sims 4 game. The Sims 3 Base Game also did not unlock its plumbob lamp (although I bought the game in-store). The Freezer Bunny Reward did not unlock. (I checked which items I received on http://www.thesims.com/rewards/en_US/claim and in my Sims 4 game.)
Locked plumbob lamps were from the Base Game, Ambitions, Late Night, and Generations Expansions.
Steps you took for Issue to occur
In the Sims 3
I bought the Sims 3 expansions on the 26th in the Origin online store. No previous expansions were installed on my computer, and so I installed all of the expansions in order by release date. I updated to the newest Sims 3 patch (1.67). A day later I installed the mods MasterController, Overwatch, and ErrorTrap (I have since removed them and played the game, but it didn't seem to affect the rewards in Sims 4).
In the Sims 4
Upon opening the Build/Buy Mode catalog, only 8 of the 12 plumbob lamps are present, and I could not find the Freezer Bunny statue.
I contacted EA through email, and they suggested restarting my Mac and logging in and out of Origin (neither worked). I later talked to an EA advisor (EA live chat) who forwarded the problem to specialists, so they could manually unlock the items. Unfortunately, I later got an email that said they were unable to do so and an advisor suggested posting the problem as a bug.

Where does the bug occur ?
Reward items do not show up in the Sims 4 Build/Buy Mode catalog, in any save.
Mods/CC
Sims 3: MasterController, Overwatch, and ErrorTrap mods but no CC (I have tried removing the mods but it hasn't unlocked or otherwise affected rewards)
Sims 4: No mods or CC
Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs
Sims 3: All Expansion Packs, no stuff packs
Sims 4: OR, GTW, PPSP, SD
Occurring since N/A (Items have always been locked since installing expansions)
