"not yet available for download"

It's 4:39pm EDT, and I see lots of others playing the game, but I still cannot open it, as it says this: "World Not Installed. The Sims 4 Life and Death has been preordered and is not yet available f...

    I don't know if it wasn't there before and I didn't notice, but after clearing the cache, I opened the game and saw the same thing but when I went to restart the EA App another time in case that made a difference, on the main page of the EA App under installed, I noticed the word "new" under the main Sims tile, and when I clicked there, there was a button to Manage Add-Ons, and THERE, I had a download button. I have never needed to do this for another pack, and it even said "downloading content" the very first time I opened the game earlier today, expecting the pack to be there....but I digress! It's sorted now

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to jump in-game yet.

If you check your order history page here, is it showing that the transaction is complete, or are you seeing any sort of pending status listed?

If the order status is still pending or otherwise has an error, it would be best to reach out to support so they can help clarify any potential issues.

Otherwise, can you try clearing the EA app cache as well? I see you've restarted a number of times already, but this can help make sure the app and/or game aren't missing any updates that may be preventing you from downloading properly.
