Oasis Springs world messed up and sim at home but not!?!

Hi,I have a problem with Oasis springs and my household,Most of the lots from Willow creek just appear somewhere different each time I play in this one household some of the houses are sometimes even...

Save a copy of the Sims 4 files (in Documents folder) to your desktop.
Remove Mods.
Test to see if that fixes the problem. If not ...
Move Tray folder to desktop.
Test again.
Still unresolved?
Go to http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/ for directions
Resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling
Delete Cache Files
Delete Origin Cache Files
