one of my dlc were removed by ea and i cant re
Two weeks ago the EA app was experiencing some issues (that's exactly what the website said after the incident happened) and it allowed me to buy TS4 For Rent dlc twice. I tried to find a way to contact EA but found nothing so I called my card company and got a refund for only ONE of the purchases. I then downloaded the dlc and had it for 2 weeks. Yesterday I got on and EA had removed the dlc from my game, but in my library it still shows I own it. The EA app prompts me to download the dlc, but says error every time and asks me to try again later. I can't re purchase the dlc, so even if I got another refund I still wouldn't be able to buy it again, I think. i did clear my cache as well, and ive relaunched the app, and restarted my computer, all more than one time.
