One Toddler in Manage Household Thumbnail

Despite how many toddlers are in a household, only one shows up in the manage household thumbnail. Ideas?

    Depending on what the mod messes up, it can cause all kind of weird issues. Really not much I can help you with

    I usually don't follow custom content issues. Don't think I've ever seen this problem at all.
