Options on screen during game play....gone.
When I start playing a game, everything is fine. While I am playing, options I normally have on my screen start to disappear. Then everything is gone and now I have a black screen with a few option...

StephanieKai Do you get a lastUIexception error when this happens? It would be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you see one or more, please delete them and then look for a new one the next time you run into this problem. You can copy and paste its text into a reply here, or you can open it, delete the first line of text, and attach the rest as a .txt file.
