Origin account vanished.. No one can offer a reason why or how this happened!

I can not find ONE person to help me resolve my problem! I purchased Sims 4, Sims 3 and Sims 3 pets. And now when I try to log on it won't allow me to. My account vanished! And not one person can help me figure out how this happened. I was able to log in in December. And now, its gone. I do not have my game codes because with AOL if you don't log into your account for 120 days they erase all information, emails and contacts on the account. SO basically I am screwed out of a * ton of money spent to purchase games that I can no longer play because EA has horrible security measures and lets peoples accounts disappear and offers no reason as to why! I will NEVER purchase through EA again!
