Origin Game Time Has Ended

Thats what it says when I launch game time for the first time. I would contact Origin but I don't have time

    And you never tried it before on this account ?

    I'm afraid you will need to contact a game advisor then. Can't really help you

    I just got it to try it out, and set a base for when I buy it. So no either of those
