Origin Offline

Origin isn't working...

I know this isn't really Sims related but I am dying to get the new Moschino game pack but for the last week by origin account hasn't been going online. I have restarted my computer and updated it... I even deleted and reinstalled Origin. I cannot reload the page when I log in Offline. Does anyone else know what is happening or know how to fix this???
